Refund Policy:

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

   • We are committed to providing high-quality window and gutter cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to address and resolve your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the service completion date.

   • Refunds will be considered for cases of unsatisfactory service or failure to meet the agreed-upon service standards.

3. Refund Process:

   • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at homeboostservices@gmail.com.

   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

   • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

   • Customers may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fee:

   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a $50 cancellation fee

3. No-Show Policy:

   • If our team arrives for a scheduled service, and the customer is not present or has not provided access to the property, a $75 no-show fee may be charged.

4. Rescheduling:

   • Customers may reschedule a service without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
